Pioneering AI-enhanced SEcure 6G Services framework
A native security layer for future 6G networks, combining AI for cybersecurity, quantum-safe cryptography and privacy protection, engineered in from the very first line.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
Building Secure and Privacy-first 6G Networks
The new sixth-generation (6G) telecommunications standard will not only transmit data but will also function as a radar capable of monitoring human activity. The European scientific project PAISES-6G, led by the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (UC3M) and with the participation of 17 other organisations, is working on technological solutions to ensure that all communications on a 6G network, including this integrated detection capability, are secure and ethical. To achieve this, it will integrate a native security layer combining artificial intelligence for cybersecurity, quantum-safe cryptography, and built-in privacy protections.

AI for Cybersecurity
Autonomous, real-time threat detection across every layer.

Quantum-safe Cryptography
Post-quantum encryption and quantum key distribution.

Built-in Privacy
Privacy-preserving sensing and secure data sharing.
OBJECTIVES
Secure, AI-native 6G Networks
PAISES-6G integrates secure AI/ML into 6G to deliver robust, scalable networks with strong privacy, quantum-safe security, and zero-touch automation across federated networks.
