About
Background & Motivation
Securing the Future of 6G Networks
PAISES-6G is a European research project developing the security and privacy foundations of next-generation 6G networks. The project addresses three key challenges: securing distributed AI within the network, developing holistic and quantum-resistant cybersecurity, and protecting privacy in sensing-enabled communications. By combining AI-driven threat detection, post-quantum security technologies, and privacy-by-design approaches, PAISES-6G aims to ensure that 6G networks are secure, trustworthy, and compliant with European regulations while keeping users in control of their data and privacy.
Concept & Methodology
From Design to Validation
PAISES-6G follows a two-cycle approach to develop, integrate and validate secure AI/ML solutions for 6G, improving network intelligence, efficiency, scalability and privacy through iterative testing and refinement.
Objectives
Our Key Goals
PAISES-6G aims to build trustworthy, secure and privacy-preserving 6G networks through trusted AI, quantum-safe security and privacy-enhancing technologies. The project will develop and validate these solutions on European testbeds, while ensuring legal and ethical compliance and contributing to future 6G standards.
